These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Travel & Adventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client or website visitor (“you” or “your”), regarding the use of our services and website.

By booking travel services or browsing our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

We specialise in designing and booking bespoke travel experiences tailored to your preferences. All recommendations are made in good faith and based on current availability at the time of planning.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment terms, including deposits and deadlines, will be shared with you prior to final confirmation.

Prices may be subject to change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and destination. You will be advised of these policies at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to understand and agree to these terms before payment.

It is a condition of your booking that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking (including names as they appear on passports). You are also responsible for ensuring you meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Travel & Adventures acts as an agent for third-party travel providers and is not responsible for acts or omissions by these suppliers. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from factors beyond our control.

6. Website Use

All content on our website (images, text, branding) is the intellectual property of Travel & Adventures and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms & Conditions as needed. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

8. ATOL Disclaimer

ATOL Protected: Travel & Adventures is a trading name of JLT Group which is ATOL protected (12564). Some of the flights and flight inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL certificate but all all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
